At the Institute we work with the aim of providing the most complete and specific care possible to each person.

This means that, although there are some ailments that can be addressed with fairly standardized treatments, most of the time it is necessary for the work protocol and the tools used to be adapted to each case and context.

For this reason, the entire team at the center is involved in the diagnosis and treatment process. We review each case together weekly in order to assess each particular situation from different perspectives.

This philosophy of teamwork achieves even better results if the patient understands that he can contribute to a more efficient resolution of the problem if he actively integrates himself into the process. The patient is usually the one who best perceives the opportunity of the proposed measures and the effects of the procedures applied. In addition, resolving the causes that have led to the problem may require changes in attitude or the incorporation of work routines that the patient must make their own. For this reason, if he is part of the therapeutic team and becomes co-responsible for the treatment and, on the other hand, the team is able to convey to him the therapeutic possibilities and the reasons for the decisions, the effectiveness of the process will be enhanced.
